Ekilibrium is the result of a combination of the Vietnamese word “ki” and the latin word “equilibrium”. Cuneiform KI is the sign for "earth". While in traditional Chinese culture, qi or ki; Vietnamese is an active principle forming part of any living thing. It is frequently translated as "energy flow," and is often compared to Western notions of energeia or élan vital (vitalism) as well as the yogicnotion of prana. The literal translation is "air," "breath," or "gas" (compare the original meaning of Latin spiritus "breathing"; or the Common Greek πνεῦμα, meaning "air," "breath," or "spirit"; and the Sanskrit term prana, "breath").
Equilibrium is the condition of a system in which competing influences are balanced. Although equilibrium is found in every study, in sociology, a system is said to be in social equilibrium when there is a dynamic working balance among its interdependent parts (Davis & Newstrom, 1985). Each subsystem will adjust to any change in the other subsystems and will continue to do so until equilibrium is retained.
Thus Ekilibrium is the balance of the energy flow. Energy is everything that surrounds us and moves us, without proper flow, it enters into chaos. By balancing the flow of energy within, we accomplish ekilibrium around us.
Also representing the breath, Ekilibrium is the spirit that feels the core system of every living being that can and cannot be seeing. In Simmerian mythology KI was the earth goddess and chief of consort An, the sky God. In some legends Ki and An were brother and sister, being the offspring of Anshar and Kishar, earlier personifications of heaven and earth.
“Ekilibrium is where science and spirituality meet in harmony to provide the best of both worlds”.
